Do you have a place to send individuals?

Yes. Take a look at the 92nd Street Y on Lexington Avenue, NYC we have a CPR/FIRST AID running schedule to accommodate individuals. For lifeguards, summer camp certifications and independent school requirements, PLEASE Call or Email we can provide you with specific details for Department of Health regulations and class schedules.

Can you come to our location - home or work?

Yes. New York: New York City, Albany, Columbia, Greene, Hudson Valley, Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland, Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk. New Jersey: Bergen, Passaic, Union.

What is the minimum class size?

Minimum 8 individuals.

How much space do you need to run a class?

A classroom/boardroom with floor space for CPR/first aid practice. The larger the group the bigger the space that will be required, for example if you choose the seminar format and have 30 participants a gymnasium/meeting room would be the most appropriate.

How many manikins do you have?

Enough for up to 60 participants with a 2:1 ratio (participant:manikin)

How long are the classes?

Easy answer - 3.5 hours to 24 hours following curriculum guidelines for instruction and practical skills, in addition add time for testing and comfort breaks. Call/email to tell us which program you need.

What materials are included in a program?

Generally, the price includes textbook, certification fees, and some classes also have optional equipment purchases.

How long are the certifications valid?

Depending upon local/county/state code requirements 1-3 years.

All of the above.

Can the course be taught in any other languages?

Primarily our courses are in English, and we can provide CPR/AED training in Spanish.
